1. How to animate/link eyelashes to the eyelids in blinking animation?

   Hi all! I can make blink animation easily but I have no idea how to attach eyelashes to eyelids. I am using 3ds max 2016 and I used morph target to animate the eyelids. Eyelashes are simple plans with a texture and an alpha for the opacity. I am appreciate any help. Thank you

   rig them to the eyelid

   You could use the skin wrap modifier or you could setup morphs for the eyelids and wire them to the blink morphs or simply do as doggy suggested and add them to the skin mod of the character.
