Hey everyone, wanted to add on to this thread with some animation tutorials I recently finished. These video tutorials focus on body mechanics and creating animations for games or demo reel catered to game studios. I'm currently a senior animator in the games industry and these are anims that I see students typically have…
GDC - Animating Dauntless. Worth checking out! He goes into how they use mocap for their stylized game, as well as using mocap on their creatures. Great talk. http://gdcvault.com/play/1024081/Animating-Dauntless-Slaying-AAA-Animation
Now that we have our own forum, I figured I'd start a thread documenting all the rigs out there for animators to use! I'll probably end up cross posting from several other threads, but I figure we could use this thread to be the one stop shop for the new forum. I'm hoping that it will become a big collaborative hub that animators can use as a source to go to for tools, rigs, reference material.. etc. It's still in its early stages but if you know of any resources that you…

[Character]_Export to load the character for animation. things like FK/IK switching is in a group called "Rig Settings" look for it in the Outliner. if…

If anyone has any knowledge of where I could find a character similar to the one used in UE4, or the Body Mechanics rigs, which can be used in Unity that would be great. Thanks!
@LiamReynolds Mine I did in Maya 2015. They should work without ARTv1 from UE4 marketplace. But you lose some tools included in that. And yea should be able to animate these. They have full control rig with FK/IK/Stretch and stuff. Simulated aspects like cloth you'll have to apply in UE or Maya. My primary goal was to get…
