Create a new project dont change anything and see if it happens again. You could have changed some options in rendering or lighting or the camera or even post proc vol to create issues like this. I don't know whats happening, but I can see that its not only your viewport that does this. Also the mesh and material previews. Did you update your graphic driver? Also, how is your exposure setting?
I have investigated and I believe the gpu has blew and the computer has reverted back to on-board graphics. However, 3ds max, Quixel and other apps work fine. UE4 works fine on all the other computers. We are in such need of an hardware upgrade.
After a little more looking into things, I am starting to think that the gpu has failed on the computer and it is using onboard graphics. Does this sound like a possibility?
I didn't change anything. I am going to download amd catalyst today and see if that can find a better driver for the gpu, hopefully that will help. If not, I don't know what I am going to do.
