This wasn't made with SUITE 2. It was made with an earlier non-SUITE version of NDO. You can see how it was made by watching the video in its entirety - the image is processed through NDO's Map Converter. :)
The earlier viewer doesn't use POM. It's just normal mapping and a converted height map that you're seeing in that view. Getting the same look requires a high-res sphere for the height mapping to function in SUITE 2.
