In that case I'd say that watching some random blender (and blender -> unity) tutorials on youtube could be a good start.

As @Swordslayer says, some research is required. Unreal is a game/real-time engine. Blender is a full-fledged digital content creation package. Although Blender has its own game engine built in, they are completely different toolsets.
