   hi guys I am new to this forum and I've been 3d modeling for 2 months, i tried to learn from tutorials on youtube but most of the tutorials that I've found don't teach you the theory behind it (if there is any). English is not my first language, please excuse the typing errors

   Do you mean the modeling or the texturing or the whole package? I think you will find that your ability to create realistic pieces is tied in with your experience. At this point, just 2 months in, you just don't have the skills yet. Be patient, do the tutorials, watch videos, practice - you will see improvement. :)
