hair is looking good! don't forget to give the tips of his mustache and beard some transparency/feathering. I noticed a lot of the characters have it (tracer's and zarya's bangs are a good example). -

Cant believe I have missed this thread, Epic work so far! one thing ive noticed is overwatch characters sometimes have small dark spots on their skin, look at roadhog for example. might be something worth adding, him being an older man and all. -

I think in your photoshopped image some of his proportions are more cartoony than the overwatch characters. I think the style looks really good but you might have to adjust the width of his waist and the size of his hands for example. his stature also seems a little taller than the other characters of a similar size (might… -

Had some awesome feedback from Michael Vicente. (Thanks Michael!!) A lot of the edges are too hard. For example on the cloth and mainly the face. Which makes it feel a bit like Wildstar.
