Finished the polished concept, will start getting it on the 3d model now. I will use 3d coat to project my design onto the 3d model then polish the texture from there. Here is the design projected on the model in 3d coat, will export it to a texture now. and now we got this mess, time to get to work!
Another ingame test. I've added a few more screws, added a metal plate on the back, and a few lights on the right side. I am currently adding edges (making it look more 3d) I still haven't added scratches or materials (the ones you see in the shot are from the original texture overlayed). Currently thinking of more things…
