So, the problem with copy fur is it screws up the shader, should be an easy fix. Liking the way the fur is working, still way inder poly count 75k left. :| So I have lots of room to do fun things with this!! >:D Also, added more fur, subtle fur down neck too, need to fix some of the clipping.
Ok! Update time, I added more natural variation to the fur, based off of skunks and leopards for some of the variation. - Now it is time for the fun to begin.
Just been fluffing that fur up. Somehow managed to screw the normals again :| . Thought I knew what was up with that face sides hair....But no..I do not know.
Last update for the night- mirrored hair for showing it better, part is dark for some reason :| . Noticed back hairs oh stripes of lacking fur, might keep them but make them look less uniform and more natural.
Update time, he is rigged! Mwuahahaa. Now you can see some of the detailes like his broken finger deformed fingers and unfinished hoofs... Not all fur is in place and there are many missing elements.Like his normal maps.
Backface culling should stay off T_T Anyways, played with the settings some more and got this >:D . Hideous right? And now for a normal update, look at that luscious fur!..Now I get to move onto the parts I haven't shown or talked about. Woot!
Ok, so I need to find an Actual rendering program. So far all of mine have been in realtime. So any tips on an East but good one to use? Also I need to fix fur on that foot. Something went....wrong. And that snow took up all my scene polys T_T
