Yes as long as the pedestal doesn't draw the attention away from the character, I guess some elements could be higher than the beast itself, if it is climbing something for example. -

Also, do all base textures have to be 100% original? Or can we use existing substances/smart materials for example from the Substance Painter, Substance Live or Substance SHARE in our process to create the final texture set? -

bejibo you can have 4 separate 4k materials so yes, you could have the body one one 4k and the cloth on another for example. theForp A lot of contestants are working on characters based on existing concepts, so I'd say yes. -

Can we make hair or fur for the character? For example, to make a werewolf and to make it alived, we have to use hair and fur tools in maya or zbrush etc. At the last stages, we need to use renderer like Vray to render the hair or fur out. So, can that be allowed? -

Hi, The geometry and texture limitations for the pedestal are quite tight compared to the ones for the beast. Is it possible to use unnecesary budgets from the character for the pedestal?
