Another update on this one. Added more rocks underneath, with less rocks sicking out. Changed the sizes of the rocks, adding more smaller ones around. This is definitely a challenging one to nail down.
Another update on the wet pebble ground. I scrapped what I had before and redid the rocks shapes, inspired by Rogelio Olguin’s workflow on creating procedural rocks/stone. It blew my mind after going over it. I’ll still adjust them further, as I have sets of rocks together, with some that are combined or attached.
Trying to get this one down. Still on its very early stages, with some rocks looking pretty wonky and still need some fixing to do. Started combining sets of rocks in Substance Designer. Going to refine it more. Here's the REF.
So, I went on a substance material spree last May. Middle Eastern-like patterns, wood tree bark, and a rock cliff. I was slowly working on SpeedTree. I've been getting caught up with some freelance stuff. Haven't used this sketchbook in a while, so I thought I'd place these all in here. mat
