   i see the spinners from some of my materials have been highlighted in red and got mistakenly animated, how do i deleted this material animation? does anyone here know?

   o,3ds max, also is there a way to copy animation keys directly from the trackbar from one object and past it to another object?

   Use the Track View to find them. Make sure to examine the Filters, setting it to show materials. Or... you could use the File > New command to remove all the animation from your scene.
