The problem is the issues it might get with privacy laws in other countries then the US, because for example if they actually collect email content, that is a huge issue for any company, and sounds really bad. -

I'm not liking Cortana. It makes too many assumptions about what you're trying to say, instead of taking it more literally. For example, it's impossible to get it to recognize the word "hotkey" rather than "hockey". It'll start to say "hot key", then correct itself by merging it into "hockey". Which is fairly unnecessary… -

Yeah, its mostlly becouse i have an onboard graphics card on my notebook as i use it mainlly to code, setting up the setting to high performance on windows and the intel hd driver pannel seemed to fix the issue in 90% of the cases, happends only a few times now. Hm, I'm not sure why you're having that problem in 8 (you mean 8.1 right?), as for the full screen search thing i think you can disable that or at least the web search function of it. There's a "search" settings thing there. As for 10 it works very differently, you can still hit the windows key and type, but it's handled…
