I'd be shocked if you hadn't heard of Ctrl+Paint already but it's some of the best digital painting teaching out there. The Concept Art Starter Kit is probably actually the perfect tutorial for your situation. I haven't perused it myself but you should watch some of the free videos to get an idea of the sort of content… -
