Reference is important but don't just look at photos of faces. Find some anatomical reference...skull and muscle structure of the face. Nose, eye socket, lip muscle structure. Planes of the head is also a great reference. Stay at a very low subdivision and get the forms right. I can tell your mesh density is way too high…
