Depending on how many points your model has you can merge subtools using subtool master. From there you can export and UV, or you can try UVmaster. Thanks for the suggestions. Using AO to control UV creation is new to me - I will look into it. also this Zaplink tutorial looks promising, I just need to wrap my head around this method. Cheers, AQ
