Made a simple celtic speedie, it's terrific to see people taking a interest in handpaints. Looking forward to seeing some fun characters, will definitely be keeping an eye on this :)

@Uberren: Thanks for the critique! I kept it in mind when I was re-working on it. Your handpainted squirrel model looks pretty cool, btw. Here's my 2nd approach on the Leprechaun hat. I re-did the UVs and gave it another paint pass.
Because it's an HANDPAINT artjam, not just a regular mod challenge. The goal here is to further the painting skill not the sculpture/modeling one. Photo reference is fine, using photo to create the texture or brush that were made of a picture isn't. Colorpick often result in dull color. I'm actually impress that you did such a realistic texture without using picture :O If you don't mind, i would like to see your psd file (don't worry if it's messy, mine are too haha)…
