By renering model, I meant actually are you planning to rely on Diffuse, Specular, Gloss, etc? for textures, or used a Physically Based Shader?

I haven't decided how I am going to texture yet. Most likely, I will not use Physically based shaders. I will probably do render passes in Maya with diffuse, AO, specular, etc...
