   there's a lot of versions available but a Random Deselection script is really useful for adding quick variation to things. http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=1094263

   I've always loved Loop Regularizer for making holes in Max. There's probably an easy way to do it without using scripts but I'm a filthy casual.

   Still not on par with the features in Marius's modifier...yes it's a quad chamfer, But Marius's script offers numerous ways to apply and manipulate the quad chamfer that doesn't seem to be in the default max.....
