It's all handpainted so no normals. Started polishing it a bit , some parts still need fixing like the straps , hair, fur otherwise it's almost complete.
Had a lot of problems with Zbrush today. It kept saying 'Subdividing Geometry' even though I didn't and it make everything really sluggish. Started on a bloodbourne inspired axe. Gonna handpaint it and all that fun stuff until I get the zbrush shit working and then tackle the rest of the armor and everythign that sucks on…
So I'm calling it done. Off to the next thing. I think I'll revisit the old character I started in this thread a while ago... Make him 4k with 1k Texture and handpaint it as well. This time the challenge is to get some clean bakes. Yay. Gonna design some new stuff whilst I do that.

More smudgy handpainting, this time with 57% opacity.
Had a lot of thinking of what I want to do and where I want to end up. I'm going to hang my dreams of becoming a character artist for a AAA studio on the wall for now. Maybe it'll happen later.
