I've had same issues in older builds. You can always collapse your layers and debug the problem from there. Could be an adjustment layer that doesn't export out correctly. You might find an answer in the technical talk threads.
I've had this issue before too. My problem turned out to be a version conflict. Once I uninstalled the beta version I had lingering on my drive it started working again. I'm not sure if that helps though.
Thanks for the reply I have the latest version of Mari and I get this problem with all of my 3d models even when I collapse all layers. It even does this when I am using just one single layer.
