Nevermind I managed to figure it out. Opened up the cloth content example and open the skeletal mesh of a piece of cloth and saw where they put the bones, messed around in 3ds amx figured out what I needed to do to skin it and after messing around with the Apex plug-in i figured out where the options were to weight paint… -
