Oh yeah I wasn't meaning that such a picture *has* to be shot at head level ; I am saying that *if* it the painting suggests that the scene is indeed seen that way, then the perspective should work accordingly. I don't think there is much to crit about the painted parts themselves ; however you do have inconsistencies in your choice of lens and the relative placement of elements in space - which in turn creates a photocollage look.
