I'd lose the stark white area above & below your images. The flash work overall is just distracting. Having the thumbnails in vertical strips zoom out when clicked just slows things down and makes it more difficult to make sense out of a confusing initial screen. There's a considerable delay now before the images are loaded - I don't know if it's intentional, or an effect of the web host & large images. The 'thumbnails' on the main page are much too large. I don't think there's a need to show concepts you used from other people. If you based it off someones else's concept I'd just add it as text (eg.
