I have some questions about this. I read some stuff in the trailer and just want clarification. I own Ndo2, now it said i will get upgrade for free. What does that update include, it isnt the entire suite is it? But does it include the 3d previewer and stuff? I DONT GET IT TEDDY?!
Hi, I have a license to the previous versions of both dDo & nDo & have recently downloaded the new beta. Is/are Megascans included in the beta? Will it have it's own beta?a Is it included in the free upgrade &/or is a it a subscription service? The reason I ask is the the M icon doesn't light up like the N & the D & the 3…
I just pre-ordered :) Any word on the cost for a Megascan subscription for freelancers? I hope it will be affordable :) Also what is included in a Megascans starter kit? What would I be getting?
Ok I did a complete reload and followed all suggestions, including installing at the C;/Quixel location. It still is showing blown out highlight on 3DO and it still ask me where Photoshop is everytime.
Well I'll be. Waiting for news has been worth it, methinks! Question (while you're answering some others already): Will it be easier to include custom layers without disturbing the stack of layers and throwing DDO out of whack? I've inadvertently broken quite a few DDO projects this way ;-)
From what I've heard, Megascans is going to be a seperate subscription, but with buying DDO you get something like 100 Megascans from the library to use with DDO right away. They are just bundled up PBR ready materials that include all the textures you'd ever need at very high resolutions.
I can't seem to start any module but 3DO from the Suite UI. When I try to load any of them, nothing is happening and the Suite UI just closes with no error message. I have set everything to run in Admin mode, including the Photoshop executable. What am I missing?
I'm also curious about this as well. I've been building textures that include Emissive maps and I've gotten in a habit of stacking layers on top of what dDo creates. I know eventually, I'll run into the same situation as he does. Now that I think about it, I've restarted projects because I forgot to add this or that to my…
I am not sure what it would take to make this happen. I noticed that some of the Polycount forum members requested Substance Designer support in Maya LT back in Feb 2014 (in the Maya LT Polycount thread, see http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2007162#post2007162 ) and it was supported in the Maya LT 2015…
