   Thanks for that pic I have kinda been going off of newer gold items and I am starting to adjust the diffuse color of the gold and also the spec color, Thanks

   The thing that is throwing off the gold areas the most is how saturated the specular highlights are and the fact that the spec is too yellow. Also the diffuse for the gold could be darker. Here is a picture of a gold antique for ref.
