At the moment all I was asked for was the diffuse map and normals. The tech artist will take care of the specular info. I don't have information on the current plans.
On your shot of 3 characters, I'd swap the top & bottom halves so the front images are seen first; opening with the backsides is off. In the final image, you should show the normal map as well as the diffuse since you mention both.
Awesome work on the Ebony armor, the cloth and overall diffuse texturing is great. But the specular shading could use a bit more love, right now it reads as a kind of pewter like surface.
