Still tweaking some settings but a marble tile floor. Trying to learn custom functions. Created the marble mask with various settings so that I can use it in another tile set up.
Hey you can create the single patten and make the rotation before to plug it in the tile sampler (just set the pattern inputs to 6) I found a hacky way as well bu this is nor perfect:
Ok, it looks bad because it is set to color and is treated as a 8bit image. You should set your fxnmap to be greyscale and set it to absolute 16 bits in its global parameters. Also to transform it into a normal map, you can simply use the Normal filter in the space bar menu instead of that complicated setup.
