@imperator_dk Yes, you can import an image and use it in a Fill layer. @Rick Stirling, I'll make sure we test this on Mavericks. The materials are only saved in Painter's library. An option to save them as sbsar that you can load in SD would be awesome though.
Select an existing material, then drag and drop your substance from the shelf to the Material slot in the Tool window. Then right click in an empty part of the Tool window to save it to the library as a new material. (Right click again in the library and hit save to make sure you keep the material for your other projects).…
No parameters sounds like a bug, can you send me the sbsar ? For the icon that's normal, the icon is not saved in an sbsar. That's part of the data that are removed when cooking.
