Hello I am current having trouble with the Uvs on my fully rigged model in Maya 2014. When I move the model with controller and i look at the UV editor i notice that the Uvs stretch and distort. I was wonder if that is normal or if the Uvs are not suppose to do that when you move the mesh with the control?
Look in the mesh history, you most likely have a UV projection still there. You can remove it by Edit > Delete By Type > Non-Deformer History. Make sure you're in the bind pose first so your UVs are left intact.
