I got an idea for a weaver back. (Is this allowed in the contest? Since the antlers are officially weavers "head") I made a crude concept, just so you could see something. Size/Color/Form probably change as I get started in 3dsmax. I hope to get the modelling done soon, but the texturing is always the tricky part for me.
I worked a lot on texturing my weaver back, but sadly it doesn't look a lot like the original texture, so I probably have to edit it a lot or just start anew.
