Thanks BARDLER for the nice tutorial. A thing I can add to that tutorial is to get the icon for the brush easier: instead of using printscreen / photoshop, you go to the Brush palette and ALT+Click the SelectIcon button, it grabs your document and uses that as your brush icon. Higuh I tried a bunch of different things to get the floor texture, but what ended up working out the best was the method L3XICON pointed out. I used wrap mode on my brushes in zbrush and just sketched the cracks on a plane using the clay brush to get the basic shapes then used the clay brush to build up the stones and… -

So this one touches on areas I'm not all that familiar with working on- namely character modeling and organic/decaying structures. I can wing the zbrush chracter sculpt, but the texturing and modeling the pillars I know I'm going to have problems with. Does anyone know of any tutorials on how the workflow goes for modeling… -

Hey, .Wiki! thanks for the Feedback! And Yeah, good thinking! Totally forgot to put the normals upward. Theyre averaged atm. Will fix that. Padding is 8 pixel ugly padding.will do that again too. There's this handy trick in the 3Dmotive tutorial on UDK foliage. Will have to look up how he did it with this automated process… -
