I just tried it on my machine and it worked. The script expects faces to be selected or it spits out an error. Script works for me but it gives pretty uneven results. It doesn't evenly space out the vertice to create a proper circle, it just aligns them so they'd all be on a circle (not so useful if you're sub-dividing things afterwards).
