Um, what? They are both 1080 displays which equates to about 100 ppi on the 22" and 170 on 13". Massive difference. In fact 3 times the difference as between my 1080 24" monitor and my 1440 27" monitor and the difference between those two is night and day to me. You're talking about a difference of 8 PPI if you get a 22HD Cintiq. You probably won't even see the difference. 1080p on a 13 inch screen will make everything look tiny. I know this because I tested a bunch of HD tablets with 10-13 inch screens and they weren't very usable with a pen because the software buttons are so…
