Alpha 0.14 is soon ready - I'll add the next batch of testers as soon as it's out :) There are quite a bunch of usability and new features in 0.14, a changelog will be up soon. The beta is getting closer and closer!
It's an Add node :) Like it says, it remaps [-1, 1] to [0,1], so it multiplies by 0.5 and then adds 0.5. 0.06b is the latest, 0.07 is coming very soon :)
Acegikmo, I'll post a moving picture of that shader as soon as you get that screenposition node working per-fragment :P I assume it's not a priority at the moment though.
Hehe, thanks perna :) Also: Alpha/Beta signups are now closed! This is due to having a ton of testers, and the fact that SF is hitting beta very soon! I will put up SF on the asset store when it's in the beta, during which you'll be able to get a license for a cheaper price than the full $100 at release. Exciting times :D…
You may be able to do it with a global variable with a specific name, but I'm not sure. In any case, the Skyshop update with SF integration should be coming out pretty soon :)
I also have some exciting news to share now. Deferred lighting will be supported soon! (With a few limitations of course, due to how the deferred pre-pass lighting system works)
Of course! Today I've been fiddling with serialization all day long, and it's starting to near a complete stage :) You can soon save/load the node data inside the shader file!
There shouldn't be any issues with the vertex color node - it looks like the painted mesh isn't cleanly painted though, looking at the channels in photoshop. @nbac: I've planned to release an example shader and tutorial for it soon :)
