I suggest you to - Add props above statue to block light incoming of outside like big jungle vine, fallen wood ladder. (creating interesting shadows, staging statue (very blasting light)) - Add cloud/fog above water will add cold atmosphere of the night with hot water (heat by sun in daytime).
I mean this, drop shadow around statue: Also, I notice loop in your texture. You should add moose or another pillar. It will also break the squarish room
try to add a reflection for the statue in the water. Cause water do reflect. It will give the evnironment another dimension. Play aroud with the lightning a little bit. This seems to Flat at the moment! Keep going at it, you've already made it this far. And have little to do left! =) Good work!
looks really nice. i agree with wirrexx about the water reflections, atm the statue looks kind of like it's floating and the water isn't very believable. also maybe some nice volumetric lighting beaming in from the sunroof would be cool too and perhaps add in some vines/foliage growing down
