I didn't know if I could create via script and force a culling mask to be attached to the light or whether I just needed to recreate the lighting conditions with point light as most of my Google searches have told me.…
Yeah your correct or you can bake the lighting info into probes if you want them to light the character but i'm needing them to only bake into certain objects in the scene, hence the culling mask. i could turn lights off and on to do a baked selected but that also seems a bit overly complicated
