Not too shabby all over, there are good points that are already called out from other posters. On your most recent piece, are you using your reference in Z while you sculpt or just using your 2nd monitor? The eyes are off as you noted, as is the jaw. The ears aren't correct either. good job so far, though as others have stated, it would be hard to tell a lot of your faces apart, they all have the same structure, same nose, same mouth shape etc I'd say this is probably from using your own imagination too much, you should try and very accurately follow some reference, and you'll begin to get a better… -
