I agree with Bert. I have been lazy these past few days. Whatever, the floor is obviously not what the floor will be. I'm sculpting the floor chunks now. I also sculpted some wood planks for the wooden boxes laying around.
Lol yeah I discovered that it's an optical illusion where the stairs meet the ceiling. It's as if the diagonal wooden plank reaches out towards the camera, but gets smaller towards the top. I'm gonna have to alter it a bit so it won't end up matching up with the support beam on the ceiling.
@TJ062, Looks really good, i like the amount of detail you've worked into the wood (its easy to go overboard). Mind you there's some chamfering going on between the steps, dunno if its on purpose but wooden stairs usually connect like this> so..straight, no chamfer...but i'm really nitpicking here, great work :P
I know a lot of you are past the block out stage, but I'll point this out anyways. A lot of you are trying to align the wall the stairs are attached to, to the wall the door is on. If you look though, those walls aren't aligned. It looks like the door-wall is pushed forward about half a foot. This creates a weird torqued…
