   Haha never knew of shift f. Though if you were to script it, just gather all the viewports and run a for loop through them framing in each one :D

   Thanks Jeff,silentbrains,Kot_Leopold and passerby for the replys. Good tip with the marking menu and yeah shift f works in 2011 too handy. If you were scripting something it might be better to toggle between smooth 1 and 3 and skip 2 ? Anyway good to know its possible. Thanks again to you all :)

   1. i dont know of any way to frame all view-ports at once. 2. give me a little time and i can script you something that does exactly this, for now you could use the 4 and 5 buttons. 3. hold r and lmb to get a markeing menus of the scales tools options, the same works with w + lmb and e + lmb for the translate and rotates…
