ZBrush can't use more than 4 gigs of ram. Going to 12 gigs will only keep you from running out of memory if you have ZBrush + tons of other apps open at the same time. 15 million points for a single subtool is too much. Don't bother overclocking your shit, you just need to use your geometry more efficiently.
