Just relax man. :\ In a studio setting, concept artists usually provide the designs for you. Or an art director or your lead will provide the refs. Drawing is definitely learnable. You don't even have to learn it by being hard on yourself or memorizing anatomy by rote or learning all aspects known about perspective theory.
