   I should preface that I'm very new to Zbrush; like 3 days into it. I'm following a lot of tutorials that are telling me about the re topology tool.    I think he uses the old way of retopologizing with zspheres. The way this works is you append a new zsphere subtool and scroll down to find the "topology" tab in the tool menu.
