This is a good thread. My day starts at around 6 or 6.30. 4 hrs before the actual core hrs at work start. I can get some research if i want, but mainly is so that i can work without any distractions. My day can be pretty hectic, and most of the time i find that the solid 4 hrs of work that i get before the day start is one…

I've crunched for 14 - 16 hours a day…
When I'm in term time (currently at Staffs Uni, about to go third year) I often do full weeks (+weekends) of 14-16 hours a day. Right now on my time off so looking at 6-8 hours of work instead. How to balance: pick something, and do it :p
