update, put some basic textures on, normal and diffuse. not sure about the colors i have though. please give feedback. ideas and suggestions are welcome.
try putting your lightmap on the colorgain input of your color texture instead of using on the diffuse or ambient. This will really multiply your lightmap into your colorgain.
Well, I rebuilded lowpoly and removed these intersecting pieces. And here is diffuse tryout. I know it's looks like crap, but I hope it will be better. Someday.

enable antialiasing and padding/diffusion on your bakes - that will eliminate most of it. anything that remains is due to UVs not being straight or your textures being too small. baking at a higher resolution than you are working out can help, but you'll get the most benefit from arranging your UVs so that as many edges as…
