Hey Sevenfingers. Glad to have you aboard my thread:). You're right - I've could've planned the density better, but in retrospect it was enough to get the sculpt detail i wanted. The polycount isn't an issue for the game. This character has 3 LOD levels (5170, 2600 and 1500 tris), and we won't be displaying that many units… -

Please, please please do some homework and talk to the teachers at the school. ask about the success rate and how many graduates have jobs. Ask how much experience the teachers have in the industry. It'll take you 15mins tops and you'll get a good idea about the program. -

Well, i can go from 3708 to about 1500 in 3 clicks (they're all pretty much in the barrel, but doing so will get rid of the fined barrel). I'll probably end up optimizing it a lot more, i want to make some sort of scene with this smg and some equipment. -

The sequencer is beating me up, I can't get it to space out the tracks back to back with a 10 frame buffer. So far all I've managed to pull off is have it adjust all the tracks to the same start frame. Despite my best efforts to reset all the tracks to zero before sequencing when the script is run again, they all keep… -

I tried your script in a test scene. Cool stuff :) But it didn't solve my problem as maya kept crashing after thinking 30 min when I applied it to my heavy work scene. I guess dublicating that mass of geometry animated over 1500 frames was more than my poor comp could handle :P I can see a lot of use for this script, so… -

Try not to buy the first edition of the Phenoms if you're staying with the AMD CPU. I suggest the X6 or the Monster i7, if you like intel, nothing beats the i7 I think.
