@Funk80 Thanks for that! The fur being too small passed through my mind a few times while making it, but hearing you saying it also totally confirms it for me. I will go and make big chunks of fur instead, thanks!
I can confirm what Rhinokey is saying. This just makes it all the more obvious that the Terrain is the most underdeveloped feature in the Unreal engine... (I really hope with all their nice UDK updates they'll get to the terrain sometime soon)
Thank you everyone for the reports! This issue might finally have been fixed, and has so far been confirmed on 4 machines previously giving this error. This patch is slated for release tonight, I will keep you posted! - Teddy
Nice! I've just tried it and I can confirm that it's now working. I am so happy I will finally be able to use those sweet Quixel materials with Substance Painter! Thank you very much Olli!
I have, several times. I'm looking for some confirmation that I'm going about this object correctly (ie modeling as one part at this density) and any tips to help speed up/ease my workflow if working with high poly.
hey mate, thanks heaps for the tips, Im going to redo it now :) i kind of assumed that's what it did, based on the name and the effect it had, but i hadn't actually confirmed it ZacD said: Thanks mate, i will work on that now
Thanks for confirming, Painter should export properly at the given resolution in the export window, so it's a bug. At least you have a workaround for the moment which is to change the document before exporting. We will do our best to address this issue quickly.
Looks like I'm going to patch up WoW too, haven't played in 10 mos. You guys low on any one class? edit - can anyone confirm if we can make new chars on the server yet?
The game looks awesome-sexy-tastic guys !!! and I confirm that I had a blast using the model viewer, it's really a great tool, easy to use and has a way better realtime output than any 3d package around.
This input method was used quite a bit in Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC (probably on console as well, but can't say for sure). I assumed it was used in lieu of a confirmation requiring a pop up and second button press.
