have you tried it with the toggle override button ? it lets you swap modifier or window specific shortcuts with global shortcuts that a re overridden therefore. Try that if it works
basically to swap out the splash image you just save the image in this formate / size to a splash.bmp in the 3dsmax8 or 9 main directory and when it loads it will use this one.
So what were the hi-resolution textures used for then? Were they swapped in for cutscenes, stills, etc? Looks very nice there, too. Looks just like the actor.
here's a tiny update i just got the grass and trees to sway. Ill post viedos later on. I also remade the trees. They're each about 1000 tris at the moment, Is that to much?
The idea sounds great, coop is always a win in my book ;) Also, the possibility to swap between characters sounds awesome. As does the revive system. Visually, the game looks great and really varied.
It seems like this will require some matte painting, or at least some sort of mimic to that in order to snag that background. Also, definitely calls for some character work. Great project idea, very ambitious!
I'm at around 95% completion of this, I'm so proud of where its at. It was a long time coming.I just need to swap out a few materials and add one or two things and then It'll be complete.
