Thanks for the feedback~ -I think I might have messed up the glass and I get what you're saying about the light...that's on me for being lazy and use a HDMI :D -The flowers are using painted texture with translucency and I think it works better with smaller blooms and I'll try your suggestion with the larger ones. -

and by all means, copy the seed and generate a local copy of the map in youe own SP games. Make it creative mode so you can fly around.... that way you can scout out a spot and look around some to find a spot for yourself again. Mist will have to start her flower collection over, sorries. -

Did you try Edit > Duplicate Special? There's a few extra options. I think its the "Duplicate Input Graph" you want. Those deformers are history states? Then you shouldn't need to select all the history state nodes, only the actual geometry. At least not when using duplicate input graph. Nice flower btw. -

Yeah! Only the stones in the foreground spoil the foliage a bit. Maybe hide the texture with some modeled stones on top. And you could add a couple small yellow flowers, would give you a second source of yellow helping the composition and breaking up the grass. The white things in the middle are very hard to read too.… -

the manhole thing is almost invisible, we lost all details, contrasting it more would look better. Currently it looks like you used only 1 flower for the entire tree, i think it would look better if you did 2-3 of them in different shade it would add variety and dimension to the tree :) -

cool, cheers hawken. I was thinking of doing some samples and as you say signing up with an illustration agency. I was thinking of stuff like toucans ,flowers/nature scnes using zbrus,max and pshop. I did do illustration stuff years ago, but didn't get very far as a I was n't that good then -

Hello! I started to tweak some luminosity and contrast and also started the work on the foliage; still a lotttt to go but I really like that first pass altough mayeb a bit too cartoony! I think some more grass variation with details and flowers, plus little rock will help to unitize a bit everything. For anyone that might… -

Small update, I've tweaked the lighting, added the hedges and flowers. Thanks for the critique Locator. It looks a lot better now. The grass is indeed to sparse right now. I'm not quite sure how much is reasonable for a current gen game, But as long as my frame-rate doesn't suffer I'll add some more :) -

well, love itself is a VAGUE concept. Greed, disgust, fear are easier because you can immediately correlate it to something. But, when it comes to love there's so much... maybe just go thru a list of things that come to mind and find a level or a scene that would fit it, for example. flowers > garden > park > gazebo Etc..
