The biggest flaw is that the space devoted to what I assume the GUI will be on is tiny. It would be like an iPhone screen on the top of a chair. In other words, the scale doesn't make sense, and usability would be right out of the window. I would focus more on the actual screen real estate and then build the console around… -

I agree stairs dont get that worn down, well not that ive seen anyways. Depending on the type of stone thats used you get diffrent types of wear. By looking at the way that these stairs have worn away you can see what causes them to look worn. The oldest ones are really soft looking because of rain washing away the stone… -

Not bad for a first attempt but here are some things I notice you can improve on. -The texture appears to be very pixelated. Thanks....I will have to try that when i get home. I was thinking of doing so, but didn't know if it will work. Most likely will. Well...now i kinda want to reformat my hard drive. It will take awhile to get all my steam games back on there (i have over 10 i think), but i can backup my data with this 500GB external… -

I don't know about MTG being dead. Conflux just came out and seems to be a big improvement over recent sets. The Alara block in general(most recent) is quite a lot of fun to play on it's own and once the other blocks cycle out of standard things are gonna get shaken up pretty good. Doom 3 uses 2000 polies and normalmaps, 5000 is something you'd throw at HL2. UE3.0 also uses Normalmaps and your model doesn't look like you're going for normalmapping... -

Yeah :( That's the downside of having awesome speed and jealous friends. Well....You could buy 4 500GB drives and use the RAID mode that both stripes and copies the data, so you have speed and dataloss protection. But perhaps we've gone a bit too far with this idea now ;)
